Established in 1999, Ambica Agro (parent company of Vruxx Private Limited) began as a manufacturer of tissue culture plants, apple plants, fruit plants, forestry plants and more. These plants are grown by tissue culture: we maintain or grow plant cells under sterile conditions using a nutrient culture medium of known composition.
By following this method we offer plants with disease-free growth, a fibrous and healthier root system, a bushier branching habit and a higher survival rate. Led by Mr. Pragnesh Patel, we supply farmers, orchards, dealers and plantation projects from our nursery in Anand, Gujarat.
For cultivation of plantlets we maintain an advanced nursery under expert supervision, with modern equipment for mass production. Tissue culture is performed in an aseptic, sterile environment. We grow live tissue of the mother plant with the appropriate nutrient media, in-vitro and under contamination-free conditions, using laboratory techniques for sterile plant-tissue work.
We follow a rigorous quality procedure at each step. Plants go through testing to confirm they are fit for dispatch. Our team includes sourcing, quality controllers, researchers, management, marketing & sales, and logistics.
